A new edition of #DIM2023 is coming, one of the celebrations we like best at Vidres Berni due to our involvement in glass projects related to museography and maintenance of museums and cultural entities.
This year we highlight our participation in the project carried out in the recently inaugurated remodeling of the MUHBA Casa Padellàs with the construction of showcases for the Barcelona Flashback exhibitions and the temporary Domènech i Muntaner, urbanista.
This temporary exhibition is no coincidence as this year also marks the Any Domènech on the centenary of the death of the Catalan architect Lluís Domènech i Muntaner. The exhibition created by the Domènech Muntaner Foundation and the MUHBA focuses on its facet as an urban planner and presents abundant documents, images and plans of architectural projects and proposals to shape the city by monumentalizing it and especially modernizing it.
Also present are his well-known works of architecture such as the Palau de la Música, Casa Fuster, Casa Lleó Morera and the Modernist complex of the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau.
Precisely our company expert in glass installations collaborated in the remodeling and museography of the Sant Salvador pavilion in the Modernista Complex in 2017.
We hope that it will be a very participatory edition and that all the country’s museum heritage can be enjoyed and valued.
